Here you can find my thought on politics, religions, and all things burning. I'm a militant person, so expect to throw some flames into this furnace soon.

Common Sense has posted a very nice and long article titled "My Religion Can Beat Up Your Religion" that has been making me itchy to do something about it. I am a moslem, and I won't be neutral on this. I'll let you know what a moslem should think about this kind of topic. I'll be quoting almost all of the article as I give my own take on the topic. Religion, in its purest form, is an individual quest for the answers to life’s most elusive questions: How did we get here? What happ...

According to a chart on this site , everytime there's a war in Iraq, Oil price rises to above US$ 60. Hmmm..I wonder whether Dubya and Bald Semit has read this before they decided to trample on Iraq. Has Saddam Hussein become a part of this drama all along? He was there when Iraq waged war to Iran and caused oil price to rise to above US$ 60, and he was there when dubya trampled on his land and caused oil price to shoot above US$60 once again. The fact remains, we are in a world where...

Well, well, well, something hits me when I was doing some thinking : It seems I do a lot of thinking. The thought of me doing a lot of thinkings has been succesful on making me thingking about the thinkings. I was thinking about going home when suddenly I though about how out of place I was in that mall. Or I was not thinking about anything when suddenly thoughts fill up my mind in an instant. Perhaps thinking a lot is all there is about being an adult (hey, thinking of being 25 will give you...

Maybe we should blame this one to dubya too, he seems to be the perfect scapegoat for everything wrong in recent world. The weather has been hectic across the globe, with storms raging one after another in mexico gulf. Here, in Jakarta, the weather has been hectic too. I believe that in elementary school I was taught that June should be the drought season, with sun blazing every day and the sky is clear blue and the man are all sunburnt and the news of forest burns starts to pop up ev...

Finally, I'm able to post this one. It's been a month or so since I took the pictures that were sketched into this one panoramic photo. This is one among 3 sets that could be stitched together by Canon Photostitch nicely, other 2 simply have obvious lapses in the results. This outcome has made me wondering whether I should by a tripod or not..tripods are expensive things, you know. And I haven't been able to justify buying one. I mean, I know I simply can't make a good panoramic photo wit...

Some high brass of Indonesian police force has made an extravagant claim that he is ready to wipe out gambling (which is have always been illegal) in Jakarta in less than a week. A bold claim, I might say. To them who knows the real underground gambling world, the claim can be considered either as empty words or suicidal note. Empty words because gambling has been fattening some of the dogs in the police force, and it will be unlikely that those dogs will not be barking, clawing, or biting so...

In here , the warmonger said that money is being wasted in bases maintenance across USA and it should be used instead for beating terrorism outside US. Now that's being patriotic. In a speech to graduates of the Naval Academy, he said the closings and realignments "will result in a military that is more efficient and better prepared so you can better protect the American people against the dangers of this new century." And less funding for their own homeland security. Why majority...

Saw A picture of some greenpeace activists painted a huge crack on top dome of a building of a nuclear plant in europe. They have succesfully done it cause they managed to infiltrate the facility before. Infiltrated A Nuclear Plant. Point number one is they are able to infiltrate a nuclear plant. Well, the plant management shall be having a terrible week due to this infiltration. They must be saying : Thanks God it's just a bunch of greenpeacers, not some neo-nazis or oil lovers, or m...

The President of Indonesia visited a local village leader and gained from him a new, fresh, and seems to be effective way to combat smoking and gambling. He was there to inspect how the local authority personnel distribute food and health financial aids to the poors among their citizens. He asked the leader of the village (or "Lurah") whether he had distributed them. The lurah said he had distributed them to the persons he thought eligible to receive aids. The president asked him again : who ...

Let us declare that poverty is a crime It is a crime because it has been 'causing much trouble to this civilized world It is a crime because only crime breeds crime It is a cime because it's not a pretty sight to behold It is a crime because it needs to feed on questionable things It is a crime that needs to be eradicated It takes a lot of people to wipe it off the face of the world It is going to need plenty of woman and man to hold hands together to cease its spreading It is not...

Vatican has chosen a new pope, Pope Benedict XVI. He is the leader of a world of Catholics, whose population has reached 1 billion and more. U.S.A has chose their president, George W.Bush, who many sees as a leader installed by voters that come from the conservatives and populations of church faithfuls. They can both claim that God has chosen them to be installed into their respective seats. To me, it is a sign that factions of the world are preparing for a hardened assaults. The...

Now that my Internet connection is up and running, I think a part of my life has returned, and some burdens have been lifted off, thus some kind of returning of familiar feelings and liberation of minds have occured. And I can back to my old things of having headlines streamed to me by the way of RSS newsfeeds. Oh, the feelings of reading that there have been body counts somewhere in Iraq daily. The feeling that I've lost for 2 months now...thanks to that less than dirt customer servic...

Sometimes, I believe, that God has ways to nullifies the result of my efforts on doing something - without any sense of mercy. Like this one : I had complained about my internet connections for 2 months without any significant results, and all of sudden, in one day, my cousin told the ISP people to fix the things. And it was fixed and running. Bummer :C And then today, I cancelled my long weekend vacation trip because of a mispurchase done by the broker that has been appointed by my compan...

Some people are content with the way they are. Many of them has found that their lives works. Some of them has invested their times to adapt to their lives. Few of them dares to break the everyday circle of their live. Some people said they have opinions. They have found that their opinions are backed up by facts. This makes them content. They seems to make an offense when their opinions are questioned, or when they feel they are obliged to launch one; but what they really do is defending th...

Cooperation (or "Koperasi" in Indonesian) is a perfect way to aggregate the power of the capitally marginaled people by put them into a small communisme community. Hey, don't snarl on me yet, I know communisme means horror and inhumanity when brought in front of generations that were born during cold war decades, but it has one excellent potential : to accumulate any potential that a poor community has, and then, by using cooperation as some kind of collective body, able to become bankable,...
